Exams & Cleanings

A thorough check-up of teeth and gums, followed by the removal of plaque and tartar buildup through scaling and polishing to maintain oral health.

Children's Dentistry

Routine check-ups and preventive care starting early in life are important in establishing and maintaining good oral hygiene habits for life. It’s important to introduce young children to the dental office early on so that they will grow to be comfortable in the dental environment.

Root Canal Treatment

If the nerve inside the hollow core of a tooth becomes injured or damaged by a deep cavity or fracture, it is is often signaled by pain, infection and swelling. A root canal can save a tooth which otherwise would need to be extracted.

Crowns & Bridges

A crown is a cap that is placed over a damaged tooth to restore its function. A bridge fills a space where a tooth is missing. An artificial tooth in a bridge “bridges” the gap, restoring esthetics and function, making chewing and speaking easier. Crowns and bridges are also made to fit on implants that replace missing teeth.

Prevention & Maintenance

Regular check-ups, cleanings and patient education on good oral hygiene practices such as brushing and flossing are vital to prevent dental problems and maintain dental health. Plaque and tartar on teeth will lead to gum disease, which causes bad breath, bleeding and inflamed gums, and may lead to tooth loss. Gum disease can also affect heart health.

Teeth Whitening

Teeth whitening is a cosmetic dental procedure that involves the removal of stains and discoloration from teeth to give you a clean, healthy-looking, radiant smile.

Wisdom Tooth Removal

The procedure may be recommended due to a variety of reasons such as impaction, infection, decay, or crowding

Bonded Fillings

Bonded fillings, also known as composite fillings, are white dental fillings that are matched to the natural teeth and are used to restore decayed or damaged teeth. They are mercury free and safe.

Emergency Visits

The most common dental issues are toothache, broken teeth and gum infection. Emergency treatment focuses on managing pain and inflammation. Medication may be necessary in addition to emergency dental treatment.

Dentures

A denture is a custom-made removable prosthesis that is made to fit comfortably in the mouth and is meant to replace multiple missing teeth, as an alternative to fixed bridges and implants.

Minor Surgical Treatments

Common minor surgical treatments include corrective gum surgery to improve esthetics or treat infection, removal of impacted wisdom teeth, and surgery associated with root canal treatment where there is infection in the bone.

Gum Disease Treatment

Management of inflammation and/or infection of the gums and supporting bone. If left untreated, gum disease can lead to loose teeth and eventually tooth loss.
